Is this scraping?
No. It reads an index that already exists. We don't scrape search results or fetch the sites themselves.

Either it's a known platform or it links out to more than 5,000 domains, which almost always means a directory rather than an editor.
Will these sites accept a guest post?
No idea, and we won't pretend to know. The list is ranked by link signal. Whether a site takes contributions, or charges for them, is something you have to check.
